Hice una colección de piezas con arcilla recogida en los alrededores de Ribolhos para cocerla en la 'soenga', la técnica tradicional de
horneado de barro negro bajo tierra de este pueblo. Cada pieza fue un regalo pensado especialmente para una persona específica de la
comunidad.
I created a collection of pieces using clay collected around Ribolhos to be fired in the'soenga', the village's traditional black pottery
pit-firing technique. Each piece was a gift made specifically for an individual member of the community

Binaural Nodar es un proyecto cultural que opera en la región portuguesa de Viseu Dão Lafões, en las áreas de arte sonoro, documentación, educación y radio. En 2025 fui artista residente en la Oficina do Barro Negro del pequeño pueblo de Ribolhos, una comunidad con una larga tradición en esta práctica. Esta exploración dio lugar a Dreamtigers. La pieza es la extraña gemela de una obra anterior, Faca Líquida (desarrollada en 2024 en una primera residencia con Binaural, en el pueblo de Várzea de Calde). Siendo esta segunda obra un reflejo especular de la primera, sus derivas sonoras están unidas ahora en un díptico bajo el nombre de Faca Líquida, donde la primera actúa como origen y Dreamtigers como su eco.
Binaural Nodar is a cultural project operating in the Portuguese region of Viseu Dão Lafões, working within the fields of sound art, documentation, education, and radio. In 2025, I was an artist in residence at the Oficina do Barro Negro in the small village of Ribolhos, a community with a long tradition in the practice of black clay. This exploration became Dreamtigers. The piece is the strange twin of a previous work, Faca Líquida (developed the year before in a first Binaural residency at the village of Várzea de Calde). With this second work being a mirror image of the first, their sonic drifts are now united in a diptych under the name Faca Líquida, where the first piece acts as the origin and Dreamtigers as its echo
